NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT
City of Cloquet, Minnesota
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Cloquet, Minnesota will meet in the council chambers of the Cloquet City Hall at 6:00 PM, January 20, 2026 to consider the improvement of:
Selmser Avenue – 14th Street to 20th Street
This proposed project will involve the reconstruction of the existing street to include concrete curb and bituminous pavement, together with the reconstruction of existing storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water mains, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for this improvement is the property abutting on this street. The estimated cost of this improvement is $2,559,907 a portion of which will be assessed. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
