The Minnesota Office Of Cannabis Management (OCM) is accepting lower-potency help edible license applications until October 31st at noon. Once registered with OCM, you must register with the city before you can begin retail sales. 

All hemp registrants that do not apply for an LPHE business license by the deadline must cease all sales of LPHEs on October 31st.
