The City of Cloquet requires annual registration of rental housing property whether that be in single-family, duplex, or other multi-family formats. Registration ensures the City has current contact information for owners and property managers. 

Section 10.7 of Cloquet City Code identifies "Rental Housing Regulations" that are standards of the City, if you are renting your property, that are requirements to maintain and uphold.  Landlords may wish to review their units to ensure they meet these minimum standards or plan renovations to bring them up to these standards.
