Under the direction of the Assistant City Administrator / Human Resources Director, the City attempts to provide Human Resource services in a way that is consistent with the direction of the City Council. In order to accomplish this mission, the City develops, implements and administers the City's personnel policies, regulations, programs and related special projects.
