The City has eight (8) Citizen Advisory Commissions and Boards which were created to obtain citizen input on a variety of issues facing the community and assist the City in their decision making process. These include:

• Cable TV Commission 
• Citizen Advisory Board (CAB)
• Economic Development Authority 
• Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA)
• Library Board
• Parks Commission
• Planning Commission

The City is always interested in identifying interested volunteers.  You can apply for all boards and commission regardless of vacancy.  If there is no vacancy, we will keep your application on file in case of an opening in your area of interest.
