Welcome to the Cloquet Housing & Redevelopment Authority. The Authority stands ready to help you find the information you need to meet your housing needs. The HRA's mission is to address housing shortages for low and moderate income residents and manage local subsidized housing units.
The HRA Board is composed of five (5) members that serve five (5) year terms.

Aspen Arms Affordable Housing/Related Housing
The City has an HRA which is responsible for the management of Aspen Arms. The HRA also manages the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for Carlton County. For more information on the HRA, please visit the Cloquet-Carlton HRA website at https://www.cloquetcarltonhra.org.
